Ning Jia

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics in the Department of Spatial Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, on the 2026-2027 academic job market. My research focuses on housing markets and urban economics, with particular interests in how buyers and sellers search and match in housing markets and how macroprudential policies shape housing-market outcomes. I use both theoretical models and micro-level data.
