Ning Jia
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics on the 2026-2027 academic job market at the Department of Spatial Economics, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. My research focuses on housing markets, search frictions, borrowing constraints, and market dynamics, using both theoretical models and micro-level data.
